SPOKANE VALLEY, Wash. — A house went up in flames in Spokane Valley on Tuesday evening, according to Spokane Valley Fire Department.
Around 6 p.m. on August 19, SVFD responded to a reported garage fire at a house near 20th Avenue and Union Road in Spokane Valley.
