SPOKANE, Wash. — The Spokane Fire Department responded to a structure fire west of the South Perry District on Monday that left one man critically injured.
According to SFD, the adult male was pulled out a side window and transported to a Sacred Heart Medical Center in critical condition.
SFD said the fire started in the main room and is currently under control…
