SPOKANE, Wash. — A new festival celebrating African American culture through food, music and community connections will debut Saturday in downtown Spokane.
Soulfood & Sips 2025 will run from noon to 7 p.m. on Wall Street between Spokane Falls Boulevard and Post Street.
