CHENEY, Wash. — A celebration of a new type of transportation, the first in the region, is coming to Cheney this fall.
A ribbon-cutting ceremony for the Spokane Transit Authority’s (STA) first double-decker buses will be held at Eagle Station near Eastern Washington University on Sept. 20.
