SPOKANE VALLEY, Wash. — A woman is suspected of being under the influence in a crash that killed a motorcyclist in Spokane Valley Thursday night.
According to the Spokane County Sheriff’s Office, 61-year-old Darla Stoffel is facing a charge of vehicular homicide for a crash on Sprague Avenue and Custer Road around 9:40 p.m.
