SPOKANE, Wash. — One person was arrested for domestic violence following a standoff in West Spokane on Tuesday morning.
According to the Spokane Police Department, calls came in around 10:15 a.m. about an assault at an apartment complex on West Elliott Drive. The caller said the female victim left to get medical treatment.
