Spokane protesters accused of assaulting ICE officers won’t stand trial until next year

SPOKANE, Wash – Protesters accused of assaulting federal officers during a protest this summer won’t stand trial until next year.

Former Spokane city council president Ben Stuckart and several others were arrested while protesting the detainment of several immigrants.
