SPOKANE VALLEY, Wash. – John Lassey, 69, is facing charges after allegedly hitting and injuring a 6-year-old child in Spokane Valley. Lassey has pleaded not guilty to the crime.
Lassey’s defense attorney argued for his release to attend healthcare appointments as the case continues. However, the judge denied this request due to the severity of the case.
