Preston McCollam sworn in as Spokane County Prosecuting Attorney after board vote

SPOKANE, Wash. — The Spokane County Board of Commissioners voted Preston McCollam as the new Spokane County Prosecuting Attorney on Tuesday afternoon.

Larry Haskell, who previously held the position for 10 years resigned in July, opening the position.
