SPOKANE, Wash. — Browne Street in downtown Spokane is down to one lane due to multiple police officers and cars near the viaduct on Wednesday evening.
Around 5 p.m., multiple Spokane Police Department officers responded to the viaduct near Second Avenue and reduced Browne Street to one lane.
