SPOKANE, Wash. — A driver and a motorcyclist are recovering in the hospital following a crash near Bowl and Pitcher Park on Wednesday morning.
According to the Spokane Police Department (SPD) officers are investigating a crash that happened on West Francis Avenue and North Winston Drive in northwest Spokane, north of Bowl and Pitcher.
