If you’ve peered just north of Spokane’s downtown core anytime in the last 10 months, you’ve probably spotted a crane situated east of Kendall Yards.
The red crane is helping create a new rung in Spokane’s housing ladder in the form of the Spokane Falls Tower, a 12-story building at 630 N. Lincoln St. with 48 units that will be marketed as luxury condos.
The building will include six studios, 12 one-bedroom units, 23 two-bedroom units, six three-bedroom units and a penthouse on the top floor, ranging from 524 square feet to 3,114 square feet each.
