Police, SWAT arrest convicted felon for alleged Spokane Valley shooting

SPOKANE VALLEY, Wash. — Spokane Valley police, assisted by a SWAT team, arrested a man suspected of shooting at a person in late September.

The Spokane Valley Police Department says on Sept. 29, just before 6 p.m., deputies responded to a home on East Harrington Avenue after a caller stated that a man fired his gun at them and then fled the area.

Police say no one was injured, and the incident appears to have started after a disagreement over a vehicle. The suspect allegedly fired a gun at the ground near the victim, but the bullet ricocheted and went through a wall of a nearby garage…
