SPOKANE, Wash. — A 73-year-old convicted felon faces felony charges after allegedly shooting at a man’s vehicle near the Hillyard area Thursday morning, according to the Spokane County Sheriff’s Office.
Brian K. Reed was arrested after deputies responded to a shooting report near the intersection of N. Havana Street and E. Queene Ave. at approximately 2:50 a.m.
The victim told deputies he drove to Reed’s RV to pick up his girlfriend when Reed shot at his vehicle, shattering the driver’s side window, according to the sheriff’s office. The victim was not injured…
