SPOKANE, Wash. – The Spokane Police Department responded to a possible shooting in the area of East Sinto Avenue and North Cincinnati Street on Friday night, around 7 p.m.
NonStop Local personnel on the scene observed SPD officers arrive and begin collecting evidence.
