Candlelight vigil held for shooting victim on Spokane’s Lower South Hill

SPOKANE, Wash. – Family and friends of Derick Shafer gathered this evening on Spokane’s lower South Hill for a candlelight vigil to honor his life.

Shafer, 38, was killed on October 12 while in his car in the 600 block of South McClellan Street.
