SPOKANE, Wash. — On Tuesday, Gonzaga University announced the establishment of a new scholarship for students from Stevens, Pend Oreille and Ferry Counties.
The university says the Russell Larsen Memorial Endowed Scholarship honors the memory of Russell Loren Larsen, a lifelong citizen of Colville.
