Playing “Bullet” in Washington State

My father grew up in Yakima, but when my grandparents moved to Seattle, my dad stayed in Central Washington and would visit. While there, he and my uncle would drive around and play a game called “Bullet”.

I’m not sure if it is the official name of a game, but it is where you drive your car very fast, and possibly become airborne when you hit little hills.

I do know from what my dad told me (now that we’re both adults) that it is very dangerous, my uncle (my dad’s older brother) was the one who drove, and kids, get parents’ permission before doing this (or better… yet DON’T).

It’s when you drive your car really fast down steep streets. And anyone who has been in Seattle knows that there are some really steep streets. Perfect for walking up for exercise, or going down fast. Check out this list.
