Spokane TSA workers to receive free lunch amid longest government shutdown

SPOKANE, Wash. — The Spokane Regional Labor Council (SRLC) will provide lunch for over 100 Transportation Security Administration (TSA) workers at the Spokane International Airport on Thursday, Nov. 6.

SRLC says it worked with the Inland Empire Area Local 338 of the American Postal Workers, the Spokane International Airport Administration and the local TSA supervisor to provide lunch for two shifts. One shift is from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. and another one for 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.

There will be additional food for workers to take home to their families…
