At the November 25, 2025 meeting, SRCAA Executive Director April Westby recognized two outgoing board members. Rod Higgins, Spokane Valley Councilmember, is leaving after 12 years representing the City of Spokane Valley. Chris Grover, Mayor of Cheney, is leaving after two years representing Spokane County’s smaller cities and towns.
