Strong winds expected for Inland Northwest as Avista crews prepare for storm impact

SPOKANE, Wash. — Winds are expected to pick up overnight for the Inland Northwest, with gusts expected to be anywhere from 45 to 55 miles an hour.

Avista crews are preparing now to respond to any tree limbs that may be pulled apart from the wind.
