SPOKANE COUNTY, Wash. – Some properties were more affected than others after yesterday’s windstorm. Spokane County says its road crews have been working around the clock to clean up the mess that the historic winds left behind.
The county says crews will be out in all four road districts cutting up and/or chipping downed trees and branches.
A county spokesperson says people in the unincorporated areas may see piles of fire-length wood stacked by the side of the road. Debris that has been ‘chipped’ will be taken to the road district ‘pits’ to be burned…
