Two people are dead following an early morning car crash on State Route 290 two miles north of Liberty Lake, Washington. According to Washington State Patrol, this incident took place around 3 a.m.
The driver of the first vehicle was driving westbound on State Route 290 near Harvard Road. The driver then crossed over the center line and struck a second vehicle going eastbound, head on. The first vehicle came to rest on the westbound shoulder and the second vehicle came to rest on the eastbound shoulder.
WSP reports that the first driver was a 20 year old from Clayton and the second driver was a 61 year old from Athol. Both drivers were dead when authorities arrived on the scene of the accident…
