SPOKANE, Wash. — The Washington State Department of Veterans Affairs (WDVA) announced Tuesday that it has purchased 41.5 acres of land to build a new Spokane Veterans Home.
WDVA says after months of searching and negotiating, it has officially closed on the property. The organization says the investment represents a significant step forward in expanding care capacity and support services for Veterans and their families in the Spokane region.
