AIRWAY HEIGHTS, Wash. — The Spokane County Sheriff’s Office arrested a driver early Wednesday morning in a fatal crash with a pedestrian.
According to SCSO, a driver hit a pedestrian walking along Sunset Highway near Russell Street. The driver, 22-year-old Robert Bitcon, called law enforcement reporting the crash around 1:15 a.m.
