‘They were just barely getting into life’: Family grieves college student hit and killed by bus in Mead

MEAD, Wash. — The sister of a college student who was hit and killed by a school bus on Monday near Mead High School, says the feeling of disbelief is continuous.

“This literally cant be real,” said Cassie Parman, the sister of 20-year-old Eva Allen. “They were just barley getting into life at this point you know – like there was a lot of life she had left to live and things to do and look forward to.”

Parman says she found out that her sister had died through a Facebook post, which has since been deleted…
