Spokane County, WA – A Spokane County man with dozens of prior felony convictions has been sentenced to nearly five years in prison following a jury verdict tied to organized retail theft incidents in Spokane Valley.
According to the Spokane County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office, 61-year-old Shannon B.
