SPOKANE, Wash. — Five teens were arrested and face charges related to the alleged kidnapping and torture of a 19-year-old.
Three of the five teens, identified as Aiden Stoddard, Sean Bowers-Shaffer and Juelz O’Campo, are being charged as adults and appeared in Spokane Superior Court on Thursday.
The Spokane Police Department says it was contacted on Jan. 24 about a phone video depicting a victim being tied to a chair and assaulted. SPD says detectives began investigating and eventually identified the victim as well as the suspects. SPD says the suspects range in age from 15 to 17 years old…
