MOSES LAKE — A Moses Lake family is asking for the public’s help locating a man who went missing after leaving a rehabilitation facility in Spokane late last week.
According to a social media post shared by his sister, Candace LaRossa, Jay Spies checked himself out of ABHS, a rehabilitation facility located on Mission Avenue in Spokane, on the night of Thursday, Jan. 29.
