SPOKANE COUNTY, Wash. — The East Valley School District is proposing a $220M bond meant to address aging school facilities, and voters have just one day left to turn in their ballots.
Falling tiles, rust, cracks and carpet covered in duct tape are just a few things school officials says students and staff at East Valley High School deal with every day.
