SPOKANE, Wash. – Valley rain and mountain snow are expected to finish the holiday weekend for much of Eastern Washington and North Idaho, including the Metro Area. With this, Winter Weather Alerts are in place for much of Idaho’s Panhandle through Sunday morning.
