SPOKANE, Wash. — March marks 30 years since 25-year-old Danielle Shinaver was found murdered in her apartment near 9th and Lincoln. For decades, the killer or killers have gotten away with it. Both family members and law enforcement are hopeful those days are numbered.
“One day it will be our turn (for justice),” said Danielle’s sister Deina Allen. “It will be.”
