SPOKANE, Wash. — Spokane Transit Authority’s double decker buses will return to full service by the end of the month, the agency said Monday.
The entire fleet was pulled from operation following a January 18 crash, where one of the 13’6″ buses went off-route and slammed into the railroad viaduct on Cedar Street in downtown Spokane. Several passengers were injured.
