SPOKANE, Wash. — Two residents at North Point Village are handmaking hats to donate to homeless veterans facing the winter months in Spokane.
North Point Village says Donna makes the hats on her loom, then passes them to Pat, who handles delivery to The Homeless Veterans of Spokane, creating a steady supply of handmade headwear for those who need it most.
