SPOKANE, Wash. — The 5th Annual Spokane Comedy Film Festival is taking place this weekend on Friday, February 20th and Saturday, February 21st at the Garland Theater.
Josiah Carlson created the event back in 2022 after realizing there was no venue for local comedic short films in the Inland Northwest. This year, the festival will play 28 videos that are all around 7 minutes or less with the majority produced here in
