SPOKANE, Wash. — Providence Sacred Heart Medical Center has been awarded The Joint Commission’s Gold Seal of Approval for Comprehensive Stroke Center Certification, recognizing the hospital as one of the nation’s most advanced stroke care centers.
The hospital underwent an unannounced onsite review in early December 2025. The review consisted of a team of Joint Commission reviewers who evaluated compliance with certification standards.
