SPOKANE, Wash. — Traffic enforcement cameras at one Spokane intersection caught nearly 500 red light violations in a single month, according to a new report from the Spokane City Council Public Safety and Community Health Committee.
The tiny photo red cameras at the intersection of Mission Avenue and Green Street caught 492 violations in just the month of January. The violations generated approximately $110,000 in revenue for the city during the month.
