East Valley schools try again with $220M bond after narrow February loss

SPOKANE COUNTY, Wash. — The East Valley School District is asking voters once again to approve a $220 million bond aimed at replacing aging middle and high school buildings.

The measure appeared on the ballot in February but narrowly failed to reach the 60% approval required to pass. It received roughly 54% support from voters.
