The Kootenai County Sheriff’s Office (KCSO) has arrested a man for allegedly stalking and kidnapping a victim on Sunday morning.
According to a press release, deputies found out that 37-year-old Justin R. Raper had allegedly stalked a victim, entered the victim’s home without permission, held the victim against their will and trespassed at the victim’s home.
KCSO says at around 4:30 a.m., Raper sent a picture of himself holding a gun to his head to the victim and sent a “threatening” message along with it…
