SPOKANE — A 12-year-old Spokane girl is being credited with saving her mother’s life after acting quickly during a fentanyl drug overdose inside their home Tuesday evening.

The girl, identified as Ruby, was home with her 32-year-old mother around 6:30 p.m. when the incident unfolded.
