SPOKANE, Wash. — A construction project will begin Monday to redesign a dangerous intersection in Latah Valley that has been the site of multiple crashes.
The project will completely redo the intersection at US 195 and Meadowlane Road, eliminating direct highway crossings. The new design will require drivers to use J-turns to cross or change directions.
