SPOKANE, Wash. — Spokane Transit Authority’s (STA) CEO Karl Otterstrom announced Monday evening that the investigation of the double-decker bus crash from Jan. 18 will reopen.
Otterstrom says a call to dispatch was made, warning about inconsistencies with the software the driver was using.
