Enhanced crosswalk planned for Southeast Blvd at 16th Ave intersection in Spokane

SPOKANE, Wash. – The City of Spokane plans to create 27 miles of fully connected, safe walking and biking routes around the Lilac City through the the “Urban Mobility Project.”

Part of that ’27 x 2027′ project includes a makeover for Southeast Boulevard on the South Hill, and one particular intersection that pedestrians feel is currently unsafe.
