Starting Monday, March 30, three major construction projects will affect traffic across Spokane. Drivers should expect lane closures, detours, and slower travel times through mid-summer.

- East Sprague Avenue (Haven–Fancher): $3 million project replacing a water main and resurfacing the street. One lane open each way through mid-June.
- East Wellesley Avenue (Freya–Havana): $4.5 million full reconstruction with stormwater upgrades and a new shared-use path. Closed to thru traffic until end of July; detours via Market, Francis, and Havana.
