A major roadway project will take place on S. Sullivan Road between E. 8th Avenue and E. 24th Avenue, starting April 6 and expected to finish by early September. The work includes new sidewalks, curb ramps, pedestrian crossings, stormwater systems, and lane and signal upgrades. Drivers should expect partial lane closures from April through mid-June, then full closures from mid-June through late August, each lasting about 4 weeks in two segments: E. 8th to E. 16th Avenue and E. 16th to E. 24th Avenue.
