Spokane woman who murdered her father in 2024 sentenced to more than 28 years in prison

SPOKANE, Wash. — A Spokane woman who was found guilty of murdering her father in 2024 will spend more than 28 years in prison.

The Spokane County Prosecutor’s Office says 33-year-old Alyssa Bradburn was sentenced Thursday to 340 months after a jury found her guilty of first-degree murder last month.

According to court documents and trial testimony, on June 25, 2024, Bradburn called 911 and reported that she shot her father, Timothy Bradburn, as he returned home from Hawaii.
