SPOKANE COUNTY, Wash. — Property taxes in Spokane County — at least the first half — are due by April 30. The Office of the County Treasurer is reminding property owners of the upcoming deadline and making it easier for some residents by hosting payment locations in north Spokane and Spokane Valley.
“Not everyone finds it convenient to visit the county courthouse, so we like to provide opportunities in other parts of the county. That way, folks don’t have to drive as far to get their taxes paid,” said County Treasurer Mike Volz. “Of course, many people don’t pay in person so we’re always available to take a payment online, over the phone, or by mail as well.”
Those wishing to pay in person can visit Spokane Valley City Hall at 10210 E. Sprague Ave. on Friday, April 17, and again Friday, April 24, from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m…
