Spokane Valley drivers face lane cuts on Trent for rail project

SPOKANE VALLEY, Wash. — Lane reductions started at Pines and Trent in Spokane Valley as crews rerouted traffic for a rail project in the area.

Trent Avenue was reduced to one lane in each direction. The work was part of a larger project meant to eliminate train wait times in that area.
