Free spay-neuter clinic aims to address dog overpopulation in Spokane County

SPOKANE VALLEY, WA — Spokane County Regional Animal Protection Service will host a free spay-neuter clinic on April 26th to address growing dog overpopulation in local communities.

The “Spokane County SNIP” event will provide free procedures for 100 household-owned dogs at SCRAPS, located at 6815 E. Trent Avenue in Spokane Valley.
