SPOKANE, Wash. – A crash on the I-90 eastbound Monroe Street on-ramp is blocking the right-hand lane and causing traffic backups, according to the Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT).
WSDOT said the crash occurred at around 6:46 a.m. on Monday.
It was not immediately clear how many vehicles were involved in the crash or if any injuries have been reported…
